A video has surfaced showing a powerdrunk police officer assaulting a Nigerian man with machete. The shocking video has left tongues wagging online. The police officer could be seen assaulting the man repeatedly by hitting him with a machete According to eyewitnesses, the incident happened in Ekori community in Cross River State.
Reacting to the video, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said the Commissioner of Police in the state has been contacted and necessary action will be taken on the incident.
