
Hip-hop stars Travis Scott and Drake have been charged over the tragic incident that took place at the Astroworld Festival.
The two stars are accused of inciting the crowd, causing the event to be deadly, with eight dead.
According to a Fox news report, a lawsuit was filed Sunday by Texas attorney Thomas J. Henry against… Travis Scott (real name Jacques Bermon Webster) and drake (born Aubrey Drake Graham).

The daily email reveals that the lawsuit is being filed on behalf of one of the concertgoers, Kristian Paredes, which hails from Austin, Texas.
Paredes, 23, is seeking $1 million in damages after the rappers allegedly “stirred the crowd” and injured him.

Things got ugly at the Astroworld Festival when the audience stepped forward after Drake took the stage.
Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner confirmed that while the age of one of those who died during the event was unknown, other victims were 14, 16, 21, 21, 23, 23 and 27.
