Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ roommate, Roseline Afije, aka Liquorose, broke Laycon’s record as the first roommate to reach 1 million followers on Instagram while still at home.
It took Laycon 63 days at the Big Brother House to hit the 1 million followers mark on the famed photo and video sharing social network, but Liquorose did it in less than a week.
But to be honest, we can’t really measure the IG followers of both housemates by the same standard. Liquorose is a famous dancer with a huge Instagram presence who has over 600,000 followers before even entering the house. She gained more than 250,000 followers in 6 days.
However, Liquorose doesn’t really compare to Laycon, who came to Big Brother’s house with less than 5000 followers.
Technically she broke the record, but in a fair fight, she should have as many followers as Laycon had at the start of the show.
